In the sour cream heated in a water bath, gradually add flour, it is important that everything is well mixed, so that there are no pebbles in the cream. It is not necessary to cook the cream, it does not even need to be lowered into hot water, it will languish on a water pan. In a large saucepan, put a cup on the bottom and pour a little water, when the water boils, it's just time to bring the cream to a thickening state by stirring. Usually it takes five minutes for this procedure and the cream has thickened.
As the cream is cooked, then you need to move it to a cool room for final cooling and thickening.
The second stage is the process of whipping butter, this is a separate responsible work. Beat the butter with a mixer until it is airy. Next, while the mixer whips the butter there, add the cooled boiled and cooled cream by a tablespoon. It is important to know that both butter and steamed cream should have the same temperature during the whipping process (room temperature)
When all the cream is well mixed, put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
When both the sponge cake and the cream have cooled down, we begin to collect the cake. Biscuit cakes mode along the thread for a couple of cakes. Each half is liberally smeared with our cream and put one on top of the other, so we collect a pyramid of cakes alternately smeared with our cream.
If the cream turned out well, and the cakes are airy, then a few hours in the refrigerator will be enough to soak the whole cake and get its wonderful taste.
